Prototype samples are completed in 7–12 working days after the tech pack and artwork are confirmed. Bulk production averages 45 days from sealed-sample approval; complex leather constructions, embossed branding or large uniform programmes may extend this. We share a production calendar at order confirmation and update you at cutting, stitching and packing stages.

Shells: genuine cowhide, goat leather, microfibre and premium PU. Padding: multi-layer IMF sheets, latex foam and gel inserts tuned for training or competition. Apparel: 4-way stretch polyester-spandex, sublimation-grade knits, ripstop and 550–750gsm pearl-weave cotton for BJJ gis. All specifications are locked into your approved bill of materials so repeat orders stay identical.

Yes. We supply woven and printed labels, heat transfers, embossing, embroidery, sublimation branding, hang tags, barcode and size stickers, polybags and printed master cartons. Send your brand guideline or logo files and we build a branding sheet for approval alongside the product sample.

We ship regularly to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, Spain, Australia, the Middle East and wider Europe. Shipments move by air freight, sea freight or express courier, with invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and HS-code guidance prepared by our export desk.

Both. Roughly a third of our programmes begin as first collections for new gyms, athletes and e-commerce brands. We help with construction choices, size grading and realistic MOQ planning, then scale the same specification as your order volume grows.
